Terms governing access to and use of the OnlyBrains.ai × HG Insights RGI preview platform.
By accessing or using the OnlyBrains.ai × HG Insights RGI platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
Access is restricted to named individual evaluators authorized in writing by OnlyBrains.ai. You may not share credentials, sessions, screenshots, or recordings with anyone outside your authorized evaluation team.
OnlyBrains.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for internal evaluation and discussion. No production, commercial, resale, sublicensing, or model-training use is permitted without a separate signed agreement.
All software, models, agents, prompts, datasets, architecture, designs, UI, code, and outputs remain the exclusive property of OnlyBrains.ai and/or its licensors. No rights are transferred except the limited evaluation license above.
You agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and the Reverse Engineering Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. Do not rely on outputs for material business, legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyBrains.ai and HG Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Platform.
OnlyBrains.ai may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections 4, 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
OnlyBrains.ai may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
