How we collect, use, and protect information during your evaluation of the Platform.
We collect: (a) identity information you provide at consent (name, organization); (b) session activity (pages viewed, agents run, prompts entered, timestamps, IP, user-agent); (c) inputs you submit to AI agents; and (d) technical telemetry needed to operate and secure the Platform.
We use information to operate, secure, audit, debug, and improve the Platform, to enforce these terms, and to communicate with you about the evaluation. We do not sell personal information.
Prompts and inputs you submit may be transmitted to third-party AI gateway providers (e.g., Lovable AI Gateway, Google Gemini) for processing. Do not submit personal, regulated, customer, or third-party confidential data into the Platform.
We share information only with: (a) HG Insights, our joint evaluation partner; (b) infrastructure providers under confidentiality obligations; and (c) where required by law.
Session logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and audit purposes, then deleted or aggregated. Consent records are retained for the duration of any business relationship plus statutory retention periods.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your own credentials.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting privacy@onlybrains.ai. Some rights may be limited by applicable law or our legitimate interests in maintaining audit logs.
The Platform is operated from the United States. By using it, you consent to processing of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
