You confirm that you are the named individual identified in the consent form, that you are authorized by your organization to evaluate the Platform, and that the contact details you provided are accurate.
You will treat the Platform, its agents, models, outputs, screenshots, performance characteristics, and roadmap as Confidential Information of OnlyBrains.ai for a period of five (5) years. You will protect this information with at least the same degree of care you use for your own confidential information, and no less than reasonable care.
You agree to the Reverse Engineering Policy, which is incorporated by reference and binding.
Your access is for evaluation and discussion. Any production, commercial, or training use requires a separate signed agreement.
You will not submit personal, regulated, customer, or third-party confidential data. You consent to session monitoring, logging, and the processing described in the Privacy Policy.
Your acceptance, name, organization, timestamp, and user-agent are stored locally and may be transmitted to OnlyBrains.ai as a record of consent.
You may revoke consent at any time by ceasing use of the Platform and clearing local consent records. Revocation does not affect activity already conducted under consent.
