You may NOT: (a) use the Platform for production, commercial, or revenue-generating purposes; (b) resell or sublicense access; (c) use outputs to train, fine-tune, or distill any model; (d) submit personal data, PHI, PCI, regulated data, or third-party confidential information; (e) attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls; (f) probe, scan, or load-test the infrastructure; (g) use the Platform to generate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or discriminatory content.
You are solely responsible for content you submit and the consequences of acting on AI-generated outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate; verify independently before relying on them.
Report suspected misuse, security issues, or harmful outputs to security@onlybrains.ai.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and, where appropriate, legal action.
